ENGAGEMENT THROUGH PROXY

The staff of the Islamic regime’s supreme leader Ali Khamenei is burning late night candles since the news of referring the regime in Iran to the UN Security Council has become public. The ball is now in their court and the have to make the next move.

They are getting ready to implement the plans, which they had prepared just for such an occasion. It is called "Operation Divine Intervention", which in a series of events they will try to inflict damage through their proxy's in order to make nations withdraw their demands without any direct confrontation.

Operation Divine Intervention

During Iran - Iraq war became obvious to the Islamic regime leadership that confrontation with the United States is immanent. That is, if they wish to control the Middle East and to export their brand of revolution in order to create a new Islamic Empire.

Sepah Pasdaran (Islamic Revolution Guards Corps - IRGC) and Bassij (Revolutionary Recruits) organization, through series of low-level confrontation with the US Navy in Persian Gulf, US Marines in Beirut, US Army in Iraq, and US Special Forces in Afghanistan learned many valuable lessons.

During the Imperial Iranian regime, "Savak" (Information & Security Organization of Iran) headed by General Nassiri, under the supervision of the Office of the Prime Minister was divided into two distinct and separate major sections and various subsections. Depending on the tasks, each subsection operated under a name and reported to the head of their respected major sections.

The International section was directed under General Motazed for the purpose of international intelligence gathering and operations abroad and General Hossein Fardoost directed the National section for the purpose of national security. Both directors had to report to General Nassiri, the head of Savak.

General Fardoost was also the head of the Imperial Inspection Office (Daftar-e Baazressi-e Shahanshahi) and operating independently from Savak and the office of the Prime Minister.

After the revolution, an important National section unit under the total control of General Fardoost, who co-operated with revolutionaries and betrayed his country, was remained completely intact. This division's code name was "Ekbatan". This section comprised of Infiltration unit, Identification, and Political Ideology, Planning and Implementation units.

During the revolution Ekbatan section, easily were able to duplicate and mass produce the audiotapes of the exiled Ayatollah Khomeini's speeches and distributing it through their own agents inside the government organizations and other companies as well as planning and orchestrating strikes, demonstrations and recruitments.

Prior to the success of the Islamic revolution, when General Motazed resigned his position and accepted the post of the Iranian Ambassador to Syria; a large chunk of his international section fell into the hands of General Fardoost.

After the revolution General Fardoost was commissioned to organize the Islamic regime’s Secret Police called Savama, which with the help of "Ekbatan" section and the "Simorgh", part of General Motazed's intact international section and under the watchful eyes of the Revolutionary Council he created the Islamic Secret Police, called Savama.

The new recruits were selected from the veterans of Iran-Iraq war and hand picked through the ranks of IRGC and Baseij organizations. They were selected from the most fevering religious zealots who were unquestionably loyal to the Islamic revolution, Ayatollah Khomeini and the Council of the Guardians.

The new recruits under the expert training of Ekbatan and Simorgh agents became an impressive and effective group in precision assassinations and style of torture, which made them famous and created fear among all Iranians.

As the aging agents of Ekbatan and Simorgh retiring, they were replaced by the trained revolutionaries, which they were further advanced to many important and influential positions. The current President of the Islamic regime, Mahmood Ahmadi Nejad is a very good example of these recruits.

Operation Divine Intervention was established during the 1980's for the purpose of assessing, planning and encountering the possibility of US invasion of Iran or engagements with the US Armed Forces and delivering devastating blows in case of conflict. In co-ordination with the Iranian regular armed forces, IRGC, and Baseij, this operation is under the direct control of the Islamic regime’s Supreme leader Ali Khamenei and his staff. Currently there are 3,000 experienced top senior level operatives are engaged in the Operation Divine Intervention.

Depending in their region of service, some of these agents are already positioned in places of their duties and some are in Tehran, awaiting orders to be deployed and become operational at a very short notice.

These agents are all trained professionals and have already operated in the regions they are assigned to and they are familiar with the customs and speak the local languages. These agents will operate at the levels of "Directors" in each geographical area of their field service. All have proven track records and have been in combat and undercover operations ranging from wars, Para-military, partisan, reconnaissance activities as well as prisoners debriefing, information extraction, kidnapping, assassination, infiltration, explosives and recruitment. They can blend into any environment posing as businessmen, staff employees, students, media personalities and others. Some of these operatives despite their strict religious habits have received "Fatwa" and direct orders from the Islamic regime’s Supreme leader to be able to drink alcoholic beverages and engage in activities prohibited by Islam in order to infiltrate the groups they are targeting.

The Operation Divine Intervention is now activated in full force by the order of Ali Khamenei, the regime’s supreme leader, and under close supervision of the regime’s president and all his cabinet members who were/are in the Savama (later changed its name to ministry of intelligence and security - MOIS), and related fields.

What is their next step?

In coming weeks, phase one of Operation Divine Intervention will be set into action. The Islamic regime in Iran will heat up the engagements of insurgents and US coalition forces in Iraq, as the operatives of this operation are already on their way to Iraq. They will take over planning, directing and implementation of the tasks from the local Militia such as Muqtada al-Sadr, Mahdi Army in Najaf and Karbela, against the United States, British forces, and the rest of the coalition. Another visible sign will be the introduction of new insurgent groups, as they will start claiming victories on attacks made on coalition forces.

Direct attacks against the Japanese peace keeping force in Iraq will be another major visible sign, which until now, this group has been unharmed, as they do not engage enemy like other coalition forces and are in medical delivery and other humanitarian activities. The Japan constitution prohibits any act of war and their peacekeeping forces can only fight if they are under attack and in self-defense. Although as of now, the rules of engagement has changed since Japan not voted in the UN Security Council in favor of the Islamic regime in Iran. Some clashes between insurgents and Japanese peacekeeping forces will take place shortly.

During the upcoming two months until the Islamic regime in Iran must appear in front of the UN Security Council, the gradual escalation of violence in Iraq and other places will be inevitable; although, the responsibility of none of these attacks will be claimed by the Islamic regime in Tehran. Although the major clashes will be in Iraq, however, there will be terrorist activities in France and Germany as well. Of course nothing too serious, but enough to rattle the cages in these countries in order to scare the people into submission and forcing their governments to step down in their demands.

These operatives will plan and deliver devastating blows to the British forces, as Britain was the one that wrote the Security Council resolution draft. The British Army is in their backyard and through more than dozens of insurgent groups under their payroll, they will make it very uncomfortable for these forces in Najaf, Karbela, Basra, and seashores, beaches and ports Which British Army controls.

The engagement with the US forces in the next two months limited to Iraq and some minor staged clashes in Afghanistan. The engagement will be under their controlled insurgents and not a direct confrontation.

In all of their activities during these two months the goal is scare tactic. Scare the EU-3, US and other countries that have voted in favor of the Security Council resolution to back off from their demands.

They have seen good results in Spain after the bombing as the government caved in and a new prime minister was elected. Soon after the election of the new prime Minister, the Spanish government recalled its troops from Iraq. These operatives will try to create the same situations in order to frighten the governments into submission.

During this period the rest of the operatives remained in Iran will be dispatched to their pre-designated areas and will start to take over and work closely with the local groups they have set up previously as sleeper cells or others.

The Phase one will end after the two months period. Depending on its derived success, the Phase Two of the operation will commence.

The civilized nations of world are facing a ruthless, fanatic and disciplined force, which is determined to make the A-bomb, as they know making this bomb will be insurance for their survival, recognition, respect and longevity of their tyrannical regime.

As it is said, the best defense against such a fanatical group is an effective offense. The free world must send troops to Iraq helping the US and the coalition forces to encounter these operatives and their mercenary insurgents head on. There must be no yielding under the pressure from these criminals.

Ali Khamenei, the supreme leader of the Islamic regime in Iran and his gang are preparing for the total all out war in the last phase of this operation. In their sick minds they think they can win the war. The Islamic regime does not care for the Iranian people and they are ready to sacrifice the entire Iranian nation to achieve their goal.

The plans are made and the timetables are set. They know exactly what they intend to do and are willing to go to any extreme in order to achieve it. The rest is up to us in the free world to stop this megalomaniac regime and its murderous cronies dead on their tracks.

What this regime wants and intended is not the wish of the Iranian people. The Iranian people are taken hostage by the Islamic regime and they are fed up with their madness and barbaric behavior more than the rest of the world, but due to the lack of support from the free world, the hands of the Iranian people are tied in facing the armed thugs and mercenaries of the regime. The majorities of Iranians are against this murderous regime and they will answer to the call of uprising against the regime, providing this call is true and sincere.
